1. Acceptance of Terms
➤ By requesting a commission, the comissioner accepts the conditions established in this document.➤ All illustrations are delivered in digital format (.png) and do not include physical printing.➤ Commissions are subject to the policies described, which regulate the work process, usage rights, payment conditions, and responsibilities of both the client and the artist.➤ This framework guarantees transparency, respect, and clarity in each project, ensuring that both parties understand and accept the rules before starting any work.
2. Right of Refusal
➤ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request I do not feel comfortable with.➤ Refusal may be due to personal, technical, or creative reasons.
3. Payment and Refunds
➤ Payment must be made after the Sketch is accepted via Paypal➤ Work will only be continuied once full payment has been confirmed.➤ Refunds are not available after receiving the finished commission.

4. Work Process
➤ Commissioner must provide clear details: refsheet, pose, style and any specific requests➤ Progress updates (sketch, lineart, etc.) will be sent with the possibility of adjustments.➤ During the sketch phase, changes can be requested freely.➤ Delivery time may vary between days and a week, depending on complexity and personal schedule.➤ All commissions are delivered as high-resolution PNG files and if asked for: sketch, base color, rendering, and of course the final result.➤ Delivery is made via email, Telegram or Discord➤ Before final delivery, the client may request up to two minor revisions (color or detail adjustments).Major changes will require a new quotation.
